Dave Hogan has been working for Richard Manion and its predecessor firm since 1995 and is a California licensed architect since 1998. Dave has worked on both traditionally inspired projects such as Villa Santus, Villa Cosya, Buckhead and Villa d’Arte as well as on a major renovation of the Mies van der Rohe–inspired Kaiser Estate on Oahu and its adjoining structures Dar Maroc, Spa + Bathhouse, and Harbor Villa. Dave received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, and has been working in the field of architecture since 1984. He spent an academic year studying art, architecture and Italian politics in Florence.
Victor Salas has over 25 years of architectural experience in complex custom residential projects. Since joining Richard Manion Architecture in 2000, Victor has assumed responsibility for numerous projects in the U.S. and abroad. Victor designed and managed Rose Garden Villas, a project in Shanghai that includes seven homes of different classically inspired styles, the Colonial Revival/Art Deco Rutherford House in Beverly Hills, and is currently working on Coconut Island Villa in Abu Dhabi. He has been influenced by his study of architecture in Rome, Madrid, Jakarta, Bali, Singapore, Shanghai and Qingdao. He is also a proud member of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art.
