tod elliot, senior manager


Tod brings to Richard Manion Architecture many years of experience in traditional residential architecture with firms in New York, Palm Beach and the southern United States. His design and project management portfolio includes luxury apartments, residences and estates in metropolitan and resorts areas as well as an extensive background in architectural interiors and historic preservation and restoration. Tod is currently contributing his skills to extensive remodels of historic houses in La Jolla and Los Feliz as well as Bay Villa in Hawaii.

lilian hun, senior project manager

Since joining RMA in 2011, Lilian Hun, a licensed architect in California, has worked on top residential projects in Beverly Hills, Singapore and China. Lilian was Junior Project Manager on Chateau de la Lumiere in Singapore, Rose Garden Villas in Shanghai and Rutherford House in Beverly Hills. She is currently working on Oak Grove, a Shingle/Cape Cod residence in the Bay Area, and La Lanterne in Holmby Hills. Lilian holds a Bachelor degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. She studied at the MBA program of Pepperdine University while working at the Construction and Campus Planning as Project Coordinator. Early in her career she participated in several award-winning international competitions.
