A Spanish Colonial Revival house in the historic Old Las Palmas neighborhood of Palm Springs, originally designed in 1934 by Los Angeles–based architects Meyer & Holler for Palm Springs pioneer Zaddie Bunker, has been extensively renovated and expanded for a family’s desert vacation home. Organized around a central courtyard, the house was reimagined with new materials and finishes inspired by historic traditions. Added guest suites and redesigned gardens, with a repurposed rooftop terrace, offer views of the dramatic San Jacinto mountains and desert environs.
