Colonial Revival pool house that reflects the character of the main Colonial Revival residence with complementary architectural details while becoming its own destination space with a lounge, fireplace, TV, bar and fire pit. A pergola off the view side provides shaded seating for outdoor dining. With French doors and door pockets, the pavilion can be opened completely or made to look like a loggia. All heaters were mounted discreetly on the inside of the pergola beams.
