Designed in a stately French Revival style and inspired by the Screen Deco period popular in Los Angeles during the 1930s, this became the longtime home of famed actress Ann Rutherford. Our remodel restores the house to its original splendor adding new entertaining rooms, spacious family spaces, a grand master suite, a pool house with gym and spa, and a new guest wing over the garage.
