Built in San Diego in 1932, this villa has all the hallmarks of the Monterey Colonial Revival style—brick and plaster walls, sheltering hip roofs with eave beams, and extensive overlook balconies with wood brackets and decorative ironwork. Our design expands the house to make it compatible with our clients’ need for more family rooms, a new master suite and a guest bedroom addition.
