Dave Hogan has been working for Richard Manion and its predecessor firm since 1995 and is a California licensed architect since 1998. Dave is currently at work on a landmark Edward Durell Stone residential renovation, a midcentury remodel in Trousdale, and a streamlined pool house for a 1930s Tudor Revival estate. He has worked on traditionally inspired projects such as the Colonial Pool House, Maison Moderne,Buckhead and Villa d’Arte as well as on a major renovation of the Mies van der Rohe–inspired Kaiser Estate on Oahu and its adjoining structures Dar Maroc Spa + Bathhouse, and Harbor Villa. Dave received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, and has been working in the field of architecture since 1984. He spent an academic year studying art, architecture and Italian politics in Florence.
